OUR HOME FURNITURE SHOWROOM REMAINS OPEN; DELIVERIES AS USUAL

In light of the most recent government announcements, as we enter Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), we would like keep you updated on how we as a business help to fight COVID-19 together with you.

Our operating days and hours remain the same: 

Mon-Fri 11am-7pm

Sat & Sun and Public Holidays: 12pm-6pm 

Our deliveries remain as usual, subject to safe management measures.

 

SHOWROOM WILL REMAIN OPEN

  • Safety for you, our staff and all Singaporean residents are our utmost priority
  • Our physical showroom will remain open under Phase 2 (Heightened Alert)
  • You may continue to shop for beautiful furniture for your home in our showroom in addition to doing so on our online store
  • In addition, deliveries remain as usual, subject to safe management measures

 

KEEP OUR SHOWROOM SAFE

  • We will implement government-endorsed SafeEntry system - all visitors are encouraged to check in and out
  • We will implement safe distancing rules for our staff and customers 
  • We will sanitise high frequency contact points such as door handles twice daily
  • We will ventilate our showroom and warehouses daily
  • We will maintain vigilant regular housekeeping of our showroom
  • We will take staff temperature twice daily
  • We will strive to stay beyond the safe distance from one another

 

HOW WE KEEP EVERYONE SAFE FOR DELIVERIES 

  • Our delivery personnel take temperature twice daily
  • Our delivery personnel will wear a mask when they deliver goods to your homes
  • Our delivery personnel will sanitise their hands prior to and after delivery to each customer address
  • Our delivery personnel have not travelled or been under quarantine or stay home notices in the last 14 days
  • Our delivery personnel will try to minimise the time spent on your premises, and will leave your premises once the bulky items are put in place
  • Where the items are not bulky, you may wish to ask delivery personnel to hand them over to you at the doorstep
  • Kindly inform us to reschedule your delivery if any member of your household has a travel history, has been under quarantine or stay home notices, or is not physically well

In light of the recent restrictions, we seek your understanding to allow space for social distancing during delivery and installation. Please decide in advance where you wish to place the items, and clear space in advance where you wish us to place the items to minimise contact time during delivery and installation.
