Return, Refund and Exchange Guide

We are in full compliance with Lemon Laws as set out in the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act in Singapore.

This Guide should be read in conjunction with our Delivery & Collection Guide, and Terms of Service set out in our website, and they are hereby incorporated by reference.

As we know you take pride in your selection of furniture, we encourage you to visit our studio to further understand the quality we represent. As part of our quality assurance protocols, we will take pictures of the goods prior to packing and delivery to ensure that the goods are in good conditions.

Our furniture pieces may contain fabrics and natural materials such as leather, wood, stones etc, and such materials even on the same design may vary one from another. Knots, open grain and mineral deposits are natural. Some designs carry a “distressed” finish (containing distressed or scratch marks etc.) or “neutral” finish where as little treatment is given on the wood or leather such that some natural flaws are visible.

At the present moment, we are unable to allow you to cancel orders once you have placed your orders online. We encourage you to visit our studio or speak with our sales representatives if you have any questions prior to placing your orders.

If for whatever reasons we agree to allow for return, refund or exchange despite us being in full compliance with Lemon Laws, we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for the initial delivery, a delivery fee for the collection of goods returned, and/or a re-delivery fee for the delivery of the goods exchanged, as well as a re-stocking fee calculated based on 20% of the price paid for the product.

Your goods will be delivered with a Delivery Order. It is very important that someone at your designated delivery address inspect the goods upon delivery. Our third party logistics service provider will ask you or someone at your designated delivery adddress to sign the Delivery Order to confirm that the goods were received in good conditions. You are not permitted to annotate any claim of defects on the Delivery Order or amend any terms of the Delivery Order. If the goods are not in good conditions, you are required to call us immediately without accepting the delivery.

In any event, for hygience reasons and overall satisfaction of customers, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of bedsheets, quilt covers, quilts, mattresses, pillows, bolsters, cushions etc that have been removed from their original packaging, or any item that has been used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours.

Should you have made the initial payment through credit cards or other online payment gateways, in the event of any refund or return, we will arrange for any refund through the same payment method, and any charges incured by us on the initial payment or on the refund will be borne by the customers and we reserve the right to recover such charges by levying such charges on your credit cards or other online payment gateways. Refund of payments made via any instalment plans with banks or credit card issuers is subject to approval from the respective banks or issuers and their terms and conditions including any additional charges that may be levied.

In any event, we reserve the rights to determine the terms and conditions of any return, refund or exchange. In particular, we will not be able to allow any return, refund, or exchange of goods that are sold on a discounted price, customised, used in any way, damaged in any way, not in our view in a resaleable condition, and/or not intact with original packaging and covering materials.
