To successfully clear warehouse space for incoming inventory, all items purchased within the 2026 Annual Clearance Event are considered final sale. They are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Rest assured, all clearance items undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our facility.
Can I arrange for delayed delivery if my home renovation in Singapore is not yet finished?
We understand that home renovations can face unexpected delays. While clearance items are priced for immediate dispatch to free up warehouse space, we can accommodate a complimentary holding period of up to 4 weeks upon request. Please contact our concierge team immediately after checkout to coordinate your specific delivery timeline.
Are the clearance furniture pieces brand-new or showroom display models?
Our Annual Clearance Sale features a curated mix of brand-new, factory-sealed overstock pieces as well as a limited selection of pristine showroom display models.
